All guests must complete a registration form before check-in ➡️ Click here
◾Check-in is after 4:00 PM / Check-out is before 10:00 AM the next day
If you wish to extend your stay, please contact us in advance.
◾On the day of check-in, our staff will contact you to arrange the meeting time and location.
In some cases, you may be contacted earlier and proceed with self check-in.
◾Please do not increase the number of guests without prior notice.
If needed, contact our official account.
We’re unable to host minors without a guardian.
◾All bedding is changed for each guest. Please rest assured when using them. To support environmental efforts, we do not provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, please bring your own.
◾Basic consumables in the house are available for guest use.
◾If any bedding, rugs, or carpets are found stained and uncleanable after checkout,
a cleaning/replacement fee will be charged.
◾Do not drag, push, or move furniture, especially sofas, sofa beds, bed frames, and mattresses.
Any floor damage caused by furniture movement will result in compensation.
◾The property is carefully decorated by the host.
Please treat all furniture, appliances, and kitchenware with care.
◾Lost keys 🔑 will incur a replacement fee of ¥30,000–¥50,000.
◾Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
Smoking inside will result in a fine to cover business losses and odor removal. 🚭
◾Pets are not allowed.
◾Do not use heaters, heat lamps, or other appliances to dry towels, bedding, or clothing. These items are highly flammable and may cause fire hazards.
◾Please turn off all lights and appliances when leaving the house.
◾Avoid using multiple high-power appliances at once.
If the home has more than one air conditioner, do not run them simultaneously with the washer/dryer—
doing so may cause a full power outage.
◾Our homes are located in quiet residential areas.
Please avoid loud noise during check-in/check-out and after 9:00 PM.
Keep voices and music at a respectful volume.
Noise complaints may result in police visits and fines, which can be disruptive and unpleasant for everyone.
